have purchased a replacement remote for number AR1964 hisense. the tv model for the tv is 43R6. the remote works well but a message comes onto the screen it says the tv will be sent back to store mode, you can press any button to postpone the this process. Now I can not in any way get ride of it keeps coming back every 6min could you please help me thank you roger white

I have a 43" Hisense Model# RG6090G, serial number 43G2024OSH02305 that has lost its vivid color. One day it just became different. I contacted your customer service department, Roku, and Amazon. Your department gave me no help. Roku said it was the individual apps, and Amazon offered warranty service. My question to you is there any way to reboot the Roku system to restore original factory calibrations? Roku indicated that this would be a problem that you may be familiar with and could supply instructions to resolve the color issue. This aberration occurred on 03/07/22. For almost 4 months I have adjusted the picture controls. Just yesterday I jotted down settings lists that bring the different apps back to life. Then I discovered today that the settings don't hold overnight. All day today (07/30/22) I have had to tweak the listed settings to achieve the sembence of vividity that has disappeared. My new smart Hisense TV, in settings accessibility I have turned on the section for the hearing impared, hoping that closed captions will appear at the bottom of the screen.
