BEKO is a household appliance brand of Archelik, owned by a large and influential Turkish corporation “Koch” with a total sales of 12,500 billion dollars in 2000. According to the classification of Fortune Global 500 “Koch” holding takes 250th place in the world.

Holding and produces the entire range of large and small household appliances under the trademarks Arcelik and BEKO.

Arcelik has been the largest company in the register of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkey for 14 years running and occupies the 6th place in Europe in terms of output.

The structure of the company includes 8 plants, built on the principle of 1 plant - 1 product. The factories of refrigerators and washing machines are among the largest in Europe. In 2001, they produced 1,400,000 refrigerators and 1,350,000 washing machines.
